Ordering
You can place an order through our website by browsing our menu, adding items to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Simply select your pizzas, customize them as needed, provide your delivery address, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time.
Order modifications depend on the preparation stage. If your order hasn't started being prepared (usually within 5-10 minutes of ordering), you can call us at +17 554 612 7129 to make changes. Once preparation begins, we cannot modify the order, but you can place a new order for additional items.
Our minimum order amount is 3,000 HUF for delivery orders. For pickup orders, there is no minimum amount required. Free delivery is available for orders over 5,000 HUF within our standard delivery zone.
Delivery
We deliver Monday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. During peak hours (Friday-Sunday evenings), delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend placing your order early during busy periods to ensure faster delivery.
Standard delivery time is 30-45 minutes from order confirmation. During busy periods (weekends and evenings), it may take up to 60 minutes. You'll receive real-time updates via SMS about your order status, including when it's being prepared and when it's out for delivery.
We deliver within a 10km radius from our location in Budapest. Enter your address during checkout to see if delivery is available to your area. If you're outside our delivery zone, you can still order for pickup at our restaurant.
Delivery fee is 400 HUF for orders under 5,000 HUF. Orders over 5,000 HUF qualify for free delivery within our standard delivery zone. For areas at the edge of our delivery zone, there may be an additional 200 HUF extended zone fee.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), online bank transfer, and digital wallet payments including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For contactless delivery, we recommend paying online during checkout.
Yes, cash on delivery is available. Please have the exact amount ready as our delivery drivers may not always carry change for large bills. For your safety and convenience, we recommend online payment, especially during late-night deliveries.

Yes, you can fully customize your pizza! Choose from our variety of fresh toppings, select different cheese options, modify sauce levels, or create your own combination. Additional toppings are charged separately, and you can see the updated price in real-time as you customize.
Yes, we offer gluten-free pizza bases for customers with gluten sensitivity or celiac disease. Please note that while we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen also processes gluten-containing ingredients. Additional charge of 500 HUF applies for gluten-free base.
